  1. Build during the challenge. Existing ideas are welcome, but your submission or meaningful new version must be built with Portacode.
  2. Make it usable. The primary experience must be reachable on a public Exposify URL and remain available for review.
  3. Protect people. No malware, deception, harassment, illegal content, credential harvesting, or private data.
  4. Show what changed. Explain the feedback you received and the improvement you shipped because of it.
  5. One builder, one active entry. Teams are welcome; duplicate accounts, fake usage, purchased traffic, and manipulation are not.
  6. Stay yours. You retain ownership. Featuring is opt-in; exposing a port never automatically submits a project.
